I recently purchased a 100ml bottle of Idôle perfume from Lancome official online store in Turkey. Unfortunately, when the bottle was only halfway used, the pump mechanism stopped working properly. I contacted your customer service team regarding the issue, but I was told that it was considered a customer error and that no assistance could be provided. As a result, approximately 50ml of the product has become unusable. I find this extremely disappointing, especially coming from a brand like Lancôme. I purchased this product directly from your official website, trusting in the quality and service associated with your name. I sincerely hope you will reconsider your position and offer a resolution for this issue.
