On July 21, 2025, I purchased a Lancome La Vie Est Belle perfume with my credit card from the Zorlu store in Ankara. I have the official invoice and can confirm that the product was bought directly from an authorized Lancome retailer.
At first, the perfume seemed fine, but after a few uses, I noticed a serious problem with its lasting power. Each time I applied it, the scent completely disappeared within just three hours. This is very disappointing for a premium fragrance, especially considering I specifically purchased it from the brand’s own store to avoid authenticity concerns.
So far, I have not contacted the store regarding this issue, but I feel let down by the quality of the product. A perfume at this price point should not lose its effect so quickly.
I am requesting a refund and expect the store to assist me promptly in resolving this issue.
