I purchased Lancôme’s La Vie Est Belle perfume for around ₺2,500 from the Lancôme store at Zorlu. Unfortunately, I am experiencing a serious longevity issue with this bottle. I have been a loyal user of this perfume for years, and normally its scent lasts at least 10 hours. However, with this recent purchase, the fragrance disappears completely within just 2 hours, forcing me to reapply it several times throughout the day.
So far, I have used the perfume about seven times, and every time the result has been the same—an unusually weak and short-lasting scent. Although I no longer have the receipt or invoice, based on my long experience with this fragrance, I know this performance is far from normal and points to a problem with the product.
I am requesting that my perfume be examined and that an exchange or refund be provided accordingly. As a loyal Lancôme customer, I expect the brand to stand behind its product quality and resolve this issue promptly.
