Last year, I purchased a Lancome Idôle perfume under the impression that it could be easily refilled. That was one of the main selling points for me, especially considering the high price. Recently, I bought a refill bottle thinking I could save some money and reduce waste, only to find out my original bottle wasn’t even designed to be refilled. This feels incredibly misleading. If you're going to advertise that Idôle is refillable, why send out bottles that aren't compatible with the refill system?
I paid ₺5500 for the perfume and an additional ₺3500 for the refill. Now I’m stuck with a refill I can't use, and I’m expected to just accept that? That’s not okay. For a luxury brand like Lancome, this level of customer care is unacceptable. I expect transparency and proper guidance when making expensive purchases—not to be left frustrated and financially burdened. Please resolve this issue immediately. I either need a refund for the refill or a proper refillable bottle that works. Don’t ignore customers after charging a premium.
