The Size of Lacoste Slippers Has Shrunk

I purchased Lacoste slippers from the SuperStep store in Adana. On vacation, I wore the slippers for four days. When I got home, they sat in the shoe rack for about two weeks. The slippers did not fit in either width or length when I took them out for a day. Size 42 slippers have officially become size 40 slippers. I returned them to the store. They reviewed it and gave me a negative response. The employees at the store witnessed it firsthand. The slippers have clearly shrunk in size. What is my fault? What could I have done to the slippers to cause them to shrink? Why am I suffering as a result of the material you use? Is it illegal to wear slippers outside? SuperStep told me that the slippers did not come with a box, so they put them in a bag and gave me a receipt when I bought them. If there is an issue that we need to be aware of while using it, if it had a box, you could include a user manual or similar paper to specify it. I don't understand why such a brand would accept such a shame and refuse to do what is necessary. Those who examine it upon return will notice that even when a normal size 42 slipper is placed next to it, the slipper easily shrinks. I'm not saying the slippers hurt my feet. My size 42 slippers no longer fit. My heel stays out even when we force them in.
Dear Customer, We would like to express our regret for the negative experience you have had. Necessary investigations will be carried out regarding the notification you have sent, and you will be contacted as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding. Best regards, LACOSTE Customer Service

Not only was no solution provided, but during the review, they mocked me by blaming me for the shrunken slipper, saying 'you might have bought it when your foot was swollen.' I said if I had bought it when my foot was swollen, it would have been too big once the swelling went down. When they realized how absurd they were being, they said there was nothing they could do and ended the conversation. Lacoste slippers are a regret.
