Lacoste Sandals Shrunk and Caused Pain

I bought Lacoste size 38 sandals last year, and when I wore them for the first time this year, they squeezed my feet and caused blisters. I only wore them for one day, and I haven't been able to walk properly for three days due to the pain. The sandals have shrunk by at least two sizes. I paid a significant amount for these thinking they were of high quality. Last year, I wore them for a month; this year, I could only wear them for one day. Both of my feet are in terrible condition, and I am very dissatisfied. The pain is indescribable, and I can't put any weight on my feet. I will file a complaint with all necessary authorities.
