James Donkey JD24S Monitor Was Crooked From Day One and Later Developed a Dead Line

I purchased a monitor through İncehesap approximately 5–6 months ago, which I believe is the James Donkey JD24S model. From the very first day I took it out of the box, the monitor did not sit properly on its stand and remained visibly crooked. Since the product had this balance and alignment problem from day one, it has also been uncomfortable to use because the screen does not sit straight.

After the warranty period had expired, a dead line appeared on the screen, and the overall image quality also deteriorated. Because of both the original mounting/alignment problem and the dead line that developed later, I have serious concerns about the manufacturing quality of the product.

When I reported the issue to both James Donkey and İncehesap, I was told that they could not help because the warranty period had expired. However, the stand connection had been defective from the very beginning, and the subsequent dead line further suggests that these are product-related issues rather than problems caused by improper use.

To resolve the inconvenience I have experienced, I request that the company provide a free repair even though the product is outside the warranty period. If a repair is not possible, I ask that the company offer a reasonable alternative solution to address these defects.
