Skechers D'Lites Shoes Turned Defective - Warranty Denied

The soles of the Skechers D'Lites I purchased from SuperStep Ankara's Ankamall Shopping Mall in March 2024 quickly deformed, eventually causing a complete puncture. I sent the product to the SuperStep branch in the Horizon Garden Shopping Mall in Denizli for warranty service on August 24th. On August 30th, I was informed that the inspection was negative and that I could return the shoes. I was told the deformation was due to use, but I only used the shoes daily during the spring and summer months; I never used them for sports, walking, or running. The shoes were not exposed to any liquids, were only wiped with a damp cloth, and the instructions were fully followed. Furthermore, while it's well known that shipments arrive late in Denizli, it seems unrealistic to me that the shoes I delivered on Sunday took only five days to be sent to the headquarters in Istanbul for inspection and then returned to Denizli. I doubt my shoes were actually inspected. My inspection request number is SUP843858. I purchased the product for ₺4650, and its current price is ₺6200. The warranty is still valid. I contacted customer service during this process, but received a negative response. It's unacceptable that my shoes were damaged so quickly due to a manufacturing defect. I'm requesting a replacement. Furthermore, due to this negative experience, I will be returning the Skechers I purchased, even though I've already purchased another model from SuperStep before the shoes are returned. I won't be purchasing from them again and will no longer recommend the brand or the store to anyone close to me.
