As a premium brand, I expected superior durability and product performance. However, when I contacted Lacoste (Eren Retail) for a resolution, I was surprised by their reaction. They refused to replace the merchandise, arguing that the shrinking was not a product defect. This lack of accountability and disrespect for customer pleasure is inexcusable, and I feel forced to inform others about my unpleasant experience.
