WW IQ Test Charged My Card Without Authorization After a One-Time Payment

On July 21, 2026, I made a one-time payment of **$1** on Wwiqtest.com using my İş Bankası credit card ending in 6427. I made this payment knowingly and with my authorization solely for a one-time test fee. Other than this transaction, I did not start any subscription or authorize any additional membership or service.

However, on the same day, July 21, 2026, I noticed another charge of **$8** from Wwiqtest.com on my card. Then, on July 28, 2026, I was charged another **$27** by Wwiqtest.com. Neither of these two transactions was authorized by me, and I did not give my consent for either charge. I believe that my card information may have been saved by the website and subsequently used without my permission, causing me financial harm.

Furthermore, if I had not disabled online and international transactions on my card, another **$27** charge would have been attempted on August 25, 2026. In a notification from İş Bankası dated August 25, 2026, I was informed that a **$27** transaction at Wwiqtest.com could not be approved because the mail-order authorization on my card had been disabled. This attempted transaction was also completely unauthorized and was made without my knowledge or consent.

I have already filed a dispute with my bank regarding these unauthorized transactions and am currently waiting for a response. Considering that the **$8** charge dated July 21, 2026, and the **$27** charge dated July 28, 2026, were unauthorized transactions originating from Wwiqtest.com, I request that both amounts be refunded in full and without delay to the credit card account ending in 6427. I also request that all necessary security measures be taken to ensure that no further transactions are made through this website without my explicit authorization and that similar unauthorized charges are prevented from occurring again.
