WW IQ Test Made Multiple Unauthorized Charges to My Credit Card

On July 21, 2026, I made a one-time payment of **$1** on Wwiqtest.com using my İş Bankası credit card ending in 6427. I made this payment knowingly and with my authorization solely for a one-time test fee. Other than this transaction, I did not start any subscription or authorize any additional membership.

Despite this, on the same day, July 21, 2026, an additional **$8** was charged to my card under the name Wwiqtest.com. Then, on July 28, 2026, another **$27** was charged by Wwiqtest.com. I did not make or authorize either of these two transactions. I believe that my card information was saved by the website and subsequently used without my permission, and I have suffered financial harm as a result.

Furthermore, if I had not disabled online and international transactions on my card, another **$27** would have been charged on August 25, 2026. A notification from İş Bankası dated August 25, 2026, stated that a **$27** transaction at Wwiqtest.com could not be approved because the mail-order authorization on my card had been disabled. This transaction was also attempted without my knowledge or consent.

I have filed a dispute with my bank regarding these unauthorized transactions and am currently waiting for a response. I request that the unauthorized **$8** charge from July 21, 2026, and the unauthorized **$27** charge from July 28, 2026, be refunded to my account in full and without delay, and that the financial loss I have suffered as a result of these unauthorized charges be addressed.

I also request that all necessary security measures be taken to prevent Wwiqtest.com from making any further transactions using my card without my explicit authorization and to ensure that similar unauthorized charges do not occur again.
