Point Blank Keeps Freezing and Disconnecting Me After a Few Matches

I started experiencing a serious problem today while playing Point Blank on my computer. My computer and internet connection are both powerful and working normally, but after playing just 1–3 matches, the game suddenly starts lagging, freezes completely, and then disconnects me from the game. When I log back in, I can play for only a few more matches before the exact same problem happens again.

I do not receive any error code or warning message, so I have no way of understanding what is causing the issue. I had never experienced this problem before, but as of today, the game has become virtually unplayable for me.

I request that this freezing and disconnection issue be thoroughly investigated and resolved. Please perform the necessary technical checks and ensure that the game can be played in a stable and uninterrupted manner.
