Lacoste L-SPIN Deluxe Shoes Torn Interior, Warranty Claim Rejected





On November 2, 2023, I purchased a pair of Lacoste L-SPIN Deluxe black shoes. However, the inner linings of both the right and left shoes have torn and become deformed. Despite the shoes having a 2-year warranty, they were sent for inspection twice, and both times the issue was blamed on "user error."
The inspection report claimed improper use or care, and it advised me to follow usage and maintenance instructions. However, the shoes have never been washed or subjected to any shoe repair services, and I don’t wear them daily. I untie the laces and use a shoehorn when putting them on. No usage manual was provided in the box.
I’ve experienced this same issue before with another pair of Lacoste sneakers, which suggests this could be a recurring quality problem. I demand a replacement or a full refund equivalent to the current value of the shoes. If I do not receive a satisfactory resolution within 10 days, I will file a formal complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board. Lacoste, please address this matter promptly and ensure customer satisfaction!
