On April 15, 2025, I made a purchase of ₺10,350 in the education and health sector, anticipating the advantage of the complimentary 5-installment option available with my card. I chose this card for that purpose, but sadly, the transaction didn't get divided into installments. I paid an organization that is clearly focused on education and health, so I'm puzzled as to why it wasn't acknowledged in the campaign. I reviewed the campaign terms prior to making my purchase and was under the impression that they would be applicable. This situation has left me in a tough financial spot and has really undermined my confidence in the bank. If these offers aren't going to be fulfilled, what's the purpose of advertising them? I’m seeking assistance to address this matter and implement the installment plan as agreed upon.

"I spoke with 10 different customer representatives about my issue within a week. Each of them offered me postponement instead of a solution. However, the representative I spoke to on Friday, 04.07.2025 at 12:25 (if I remember correctly, her name was Ms. Emine) listened to me so attentively and advanced the process that after my conversation with her, I received a message from the system stating that the problem had been resolved. I thank her. I also recommend that your company form a team consisting of similarly attentive and customer-oriented staff."
