On April 15, 2025, I made a purchase of ₺10,350 in the education and health sector, anticipating the advantage of the complimentary 5-installment option available with my card. I chose this card for that purpose, but sadly, the transaction didn't get divided into installments. I paid an organization that is clearly focused on education and health, so I'm puzzled as to why it wasn't acknowledged in the campaign. I reviewed the campaign terms prior to making my purchase and was under the impression that they would be applicable. This situation has left me in a tough financial spot and has really undermined my confidence in the bank. If these offers aren't going to be fulfilled, what's the purpose of advertising them?
