I Can’t Get the Promised 9-Month No-Interest Installment from Kuveyt Türk

The 9-month no-interest installment campaign promoted on Hepsiburada for Kuveyt Türk Bank cardholders is completely misleading. No matter which category I choose—PC components, air conditioners, home appliances, and more—the advertised campaign does not work, even when the product clearly meets all requirements such as category and minimum price.
I’ve tried to make purchases during five different campaigns, including a recent one promising 12 interest-free installments, and yet I’ve never been able to go beyond 6 installments. When I contact Hepsiburada, they say it’s not their responsibility and tell me to speak to Kuveyt Türk. Kuveyt Türk, on the other hand, says they’ll look into it but never follow up or fix anything.
This issue has been ongoing for months, and it feels like both companies are intentionally avoiding responsibility. As shown in my screenshots, Kuveyt Türk is offering only 6 installments instead of 9, despite what’s advertised.
I’m demanding a clear explanation, immediate resolution, and full compliance with the interest-free installment offers as promoted. This false advertising must stop.
