Kuveyt Türk Failed to Honor Installments on American Language Course Payment
On May 20, 2024, I made a payment of 14,495 TL to the American Language Course company. Thanks to the educational expense and installment campaign, I made the payment using my Kuveyt Türk credit card. Unfortunately, Kuveyt Türk did not fulfill their commitment to the installment plan, causing me significant distress. Could you please consider allowing me to make installment payments to address my grievance?
