However, the representative I spoke to on Friday, 04.07.2025 at 12:25 (if I remember correctly, her name was Ms. Emine) listened to me so attentively and advanced the process that after my conversation with her, I received a message from the system stating that the problem had been resolved. I thank her. I also recommend that your company form a team consisting of similarly attentive and customer-oriented staff."
