Kuveyt Türk Did Not Pay Me the Reward From Campus Program

As part of Kuveyt Türk’s Campus program, I invited three friends through the app and fulfilled all the requirements completely. However, since Friday, September 19, the ₺3000 reward I earned from the campaign has not been deposited into my account. On September 28, 2025, I created request number 2172945, but until today I have not received any response or payment. Even after contacting customer service and opening a request, no solution was offered. I live in Muş Merkez and carried out all my transactions from here. Since I fully met the campaign conditions, I request that my reward be deposited and this issue be resolved urgently.
