Kuryenet Ziraat Bank Card Not Delivered - No Contact Information Provided

The bank card sent by Ziraat Bank was supposed to be delivered by Kuryenet on November 18, but it has still not been delivered, and I have not been contacted in any way. Even though I have been waiting at my address, I received no notification or call. There is also no customer service phone number through which I can reach Kuryenet, so I have no one to speak to about the issue. I had experienced a similar problem before, and having it happen again has caused me serious inconvenience. I request that my card be delivered as soon as possible and that a customer service phone number for Kuryenet be provided so I can reach them directly.
