Kuryenet Didn’t Deliver My Credit Card Claiming I Wasn’t Home

I keep experiencing the same issue with the Kuryenet couriers responsible for deliveries in Barış Neighborhood, Kepez, Antalya. Despite being at home multiple times, including today, my bank card sent by Ziraat Bank has not been delivered, with the status falsely marked as “attempted delivery, recipient not found.” My tracking number is 5000734817177. Each time, we stop everything and wait at home, yet the system is updated with “we came, you weren’t there” even though no one shows up. It’s impossible to reach Kuryenet customer service, and we receive no response whatsoever. This problem isn’t new—it has happened repeatedly with previous deliveries as well. We are tired of these false claims and the ongoing inconvenience. I request that my card be genuinely delivered to my address and that such issues stop occurring.
