Kuryenet Failed To Deliver My Credit Card Despite Being Home

I was expecting my credit card from Ziraat Bank to be delivered by Kuryenet. Today, my card was listed as “out for delivery,” but even though I was home all day, the status update falsely stated that delivery could not be completed because I was “not at home.” No one called or knocked on my door—the information provided is completely inaccurate. My tracking number is 5000****59008. I tried calling customer service in the evening, but since they stop working after 7:00 p.m., I couldn’t reach anyone. This careless and unaccountable way of operating is unacceptable. People have work and responsibilities; we can’t stay home all day waiting. I believe Kuryenet should face consequences for such misleading updates and poor service. I request that my card be delivered to me as soon as possible.
