Kuryenet Not Delivering the Card For Days Despite Tracking Update

I have been waiting for my bank card, which was supposed to be delivered by Kuryenet to Ziraat Bank’s Bilecik Central Branch, since November 5, 2025. My tracking number is 5000*******83. When I contacted Kuryenet customer service, I was told that my card would be delivered within 1–2 days, yet despite 12 days passing, my card has still not been delivered. I have not received any update, message, or phone call during this period—only the tracking number was provided. Since I do not have my card, I am constantly searching for ATMs to withdraw money, and I even had to postpone a planned trip because my card has not arrived. I request that my card be delivered as soon as possible.

I applied for the Ziraat Bank Genç Bankkart on November 5, 2025, but my card has not reached me for 17 days. My card is being sent via Kuryenet and my tracking number is 5000736599583. I have called Kuryenet customer service many times, and every time I call, they say 'it will arrive in 1-2 days,' but my card still has not been delivered.
Although the card is supposed to be delivered to the Bilecik Central Ziraat Bank branch, I have been receiving the same evasive answers for 17 days. During this process, I cannot leave the city because I am waiting for my card, I have to search for an ATM and withdraw cash every time, and since I cannot pay by card, my daily life has become seriously difficult. I consider it a great lack of seriousness and a disgrace that it takes so long to deliver just a bank card.
I demand that my card be delivered to me as soon as possible, even if it means a courier personally picking it up with their own or the company’s vehicle. I want this process to be resolved quickly and for you to take into account the inconvenience you have caused.

Your job is to take something from one place and deliver it to a person. If you can't do it, just say you can't and step aside. You have no right to keep people waiting for days by saying you will do it.
