I applied for the Ziraat Bank Genç Bankkart on November 5, 2025, but my card has not reached me for 17 days. My card is being sent via Kuryenet and my tracking number is 5000736599583. I have called Kuryenet customer service many times, and every time I call, they say 'it will arrive in 1-2 days,' but my card still has not been delivered.
Although the card is supposed to be delivered to the Bilecik Central Ziraat Bank branch, I have been receiving the same evasive answers for 17 days. During this process, I cannot leave the city because I am waiting for my card, I have to search for an ATM and withdraw cash every time, and since I cannot pay by card, my daily life has become seriously difficult. I consider it a great lack of seriousness and a disgrace that it takes so long to deliver just a bank card.
I demand that my card be delivered to me as soon as possible, even if it means a courier personally picking it up with their own or the company’s vehicle. I want this process to be resolved quickly and for you to take into account the inconvenience you have caused.
