Kuryenet Not Delivering the Card For Days Despite Tracking Update

I have been waiting for my bank card, which was supposed to be delivered by Kuryenet to Ziraat Bank’s Bilecik Central Branch, since November 5, 2025. My tracking number is 5000*******83. When I contacted Kuryenet customer service, I was told that my card would be delivered within 1–2 days, yet despite 12 days passing, my card has still not been delivered. I have not received any update, message, or phone call during this period—only the tracking number was provided. Since I do not have my card, I am constantly searching for ATMs to withdraw money, and I even had to postpone a planned trip because my card has not arrived. I request that my card be delivered as soon as possible.

I applied for the Ziraat Bank Genç Bankkart on November 5, 2025, but my card has not reached me for 17 days. My card is being sent via Kuryenet and my tracking number is 5000736599583. I have called Kuryenet customer service many times, and every time I call, they say 'it will arrive in 1-2 days,' but my card still has not been delivered.

Although the card is supposed to be delivered to the Bilecik Central Ziraat Bank branch, I have been receiving the same evasive answers for 17 days. During this process, I cannot leave the city because I am waiting for my card, I have to search for an ATM and withdraw cash every time, and since I cannot pay by card, my daily life has become seriously difficult. I consider it a great lack of seriousness and a disgrace that it takes so long to deliver just a bank card.

I demand that my card be delivered to me as soon as possible, even if it means a courier personally picking it up with their own or the company’s vehicle. I want this process to be resolved quickly and for you to take into account the inconvenience you have caused.

Although my Ziraat Bank card, which is being delivered by Kuryenet, was handed over to the courier on November 5, 2025, as of today, November 22, 2025, my card still has not reached me despite 17 days having passed. Even though the delivery address is shown as Bilecik Central Ziraat Bank Branch, no delivery has been made.

During this process, I have called Kuryenet customer service multiple times and each time I was told that my card would be delivered within 1–2 days. However, none of the promises were kept, I am constantly being stalled, and no concrete steps are being taken.

I request that my card be delivered as soon as possible and that my grievance caused by this long delay be resolved.

It’s not an address, it will come to the branch. Maybe I called customer service 4 or 5 times and called your number, 444 93 93, and had it sent to Bilecik center. It keeps changing. Also, you say they will call me, but are we supposed to communicate from here? I really try to call your workplace, but I can’t reach customer service and they don’t call me. If we are supposed to communicate through this platform, it’s really a shame. I swear, never again. When I hear the name Kuryenet, I will run away. You are truly unsuccessful. Let everyone hear this from here, friends who read this, run away when you hear the name Kuryenet.

And also, I forgot to mention this: if my card does not arrive on Friday or Monday, I will try to make this incident known everywhere, I will file many complaints. Whoever is responsible for this, whether it’s the Consumer Arbitration Board or someone else, I will really pursue this matter with you. Bring me my card within two business days.

Your job is to take something from one place and deliver it to a person. If you can't do it, just say you can't and step aside. You have no right to keep people waiting for days by saying you will do it.
