Kuryenet Failed to Deliver My Bank Card for Over a Month

My experience with Kuryenet was incredibly disappointing in terms of service. It's been a month, and my Ziraat Bank card still hasn't arrived. They have kept two of my bank cards, so I had to cancel both. I needed to ask for new cards to be sent and set up for delivery to a Ziraat branch instead. To add to the frustration, after I filed a complaint, they delivered one of the canceled cards to my address, which is now entirely useless to me. This experience has led to avoidable hassle and has taken up my valuable time. I truly regret depending on their service and sincerely hope they enhance their processes to prevent similar problems for others moving forward.
