I made a USDT purchase on KuCoin using my Turkish lira balance due to an urgent need for dollars. To expedite the process, I selected the "market order" option instead of waiting with a limit order. However, I was charged an absurd rate of 353 TL per 1 USDT! At the time, I didn’t notice the issue during the transaction, but later discovered that I had lost 25,000 TL.
I immediately contacted KuCoin support via calls and emails, only to be told it was my fault. All I did was use the platform as intended, selecting the market option—a standard practice. KuCoin’s refusal to address this issue or refund the unjust loss of my hard-earned money is unacceptable.
