KuCoin has been a complete disappointment. After I opened a P2P trading account, they suddenly froze $200 (₺ equivalent) in my balance without any proper explanation. It’s now been almost a month, and they still haven’t returned my money.

Every day, I reach out to KuCoin customer support, and all I get is the same dismissive responses with no real assistance or resolution. They either avoid the issue entirely or keep telling me to "wait," with no update, no timeline, and no accountability.

If they’re doing this over a small amount like ₺200, imagine how they would treat you if a larger amount were involved. It's clear that KuCoin does not respect its users or their funds.

KuCoin, I demand the immediate release of my blocked money and a formal explanation. You can't just freeze user funds and ignore them. This isn’t just bad service—it’s abuse of trust. Fix this now before more people get caught in the same trap.
