KuCoin Deducted ₺150,000 After USDT Purchase and I Demand a Full Investigation

I am a KuCoin account holder, and I am extremely frustrated with what has happened to my investment. I deposited ₺500,000 into my account. After purchasing USDT in January, my balance’s TL equivalent dropped drastically to ₺350,000.

It is absolutely impossible for such massive losses to occur solely through transaction fees or normal fluctuations. This discrepancy is completely unacceptable, and I demand a full investigation into where my missing ₺150,000 went.

If I do not receive a clear and satisfactory response regarding this issue, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter legally and take it to court. KuCoin must address this situation urgently, return my missing funds, and explain why such an enormous deduction happened in the first place.
