KuCoin Ended My Video Verification Without Warning After I Mentioned Screen Recording

I tried to complete my identity verification on KuCoin via their new video call system—something I hadn’t seen on other platforms before. Since it was my first time doing this type of verification and I wasn’t fully comfortable, I informed the representative that I would record the screen for my own security.
Instead of explaining whether this was allowed or offering any guidance, the support agent immediately ended the call without warning. No explanation, no proper closure—just hung up on me. That’s completely unprofessional. If screen recording wasn’t permitted, they could’ve calmly told me why and asked me to stop before proceeding. Now, I can’t even reconnect to resume the process.
KuCoin, I expect proper treatment and another opportunity to complete my verification. Don’t leave your users stuck without access.
