In my Kcex account, I currently hold a balance of 5778.4834 STAMP, which still appears correctly in the app. However, for the past one day, the price information has disappeared from the screen, making it impossible to monitor the value of my holdings.
I have not made any transactions that could cause this issue, and I noticed that other users are experiencing similar problems. Until now, I had always been able to check both my balance and the corresponding price without interruption.
My account is registered under the username: i*@gmail.com**. I have not yet contacted customer service, but I would like to point out that according to the platform’s terms of service, Kcex is obliged to provide up-to-date balance and price information.
