I Deposited Funds on KCEX and They Froze My Account Without Explanation

Right after depositing my money into KCEX, my account was suddenly frozen without any clear reason or warning. I received a vague message stating that my account was under review due to an alleged violation, but no evidence or specific explanation was provided. I have not broken any rules, and I demand transparency regarding this so-called violation.

This is completely unacceptable. My funds are now locked, and I am unable to trade or withdraw. I joined the platform in good faith, completed KYC verification, and acted in accordance with their terms. But instead of providing support, KCEX has chosen to block my access and ignore my concerns.

I am requesting an immediate resolution: either reopen my account so I can continue trading or refund my money in full. I will escalate this issue to the relevant authorities if necessary. KCEX must stop unfairly freezing users' accounts and provide proper communication and support.
