Kcex Closed My Account and Stopped All Withdrawals
On August 8, 2024, even though I was able to log into my Kcex exchange account, I was informed that my account had been closed and all withdrawal transactions were completely blocked. My account currently holds assets worth $320.33.
When I contacted customer service, I was told that my account was closed due to a “trade violation.” However, all of my transactions fully complied with the rules, and I was never given any prior warning or notification. At the moment, only my withdrawal and futures trading rights are blocked, while I can still log into the account for other functions.
I request that my account (e*********@gmail.com) be fully reinstated and that the necessary steps be taken to allow me to withdraw the assets currently in my account.
