Kcex Suspended My Account Without Explanation While Holding My Funds

I currently have $14 worth of funds in my spot account on the Kcex exchange. However, I received a notification stating that my account has been permanently suspended for allegedly violating the user agreement—without any clear explanation or evidence of what I did wrong.
This action was taken with zero warning and no opportunity to respond. I’ve reviewed the platform’s rules, and I’m confident I haven’t done anything to warrant a suspension. There has been no communication from the support team aside from this vague message.
Now my money is locked, and I’m completely shut out of my account. I demand an immediate explanation for why my account was suspended and a full release of my funds. If Kcex cannot provide clear justification and transparency, then this is nothing short of wrongful account seizure.
I urge the company to resolve this matter urgently. Either restore my account access or return my balance immediately. I expect prompt action before I escalate the issue through formal legal channels.
