My Crypto Withdrawal Was Stuck In Pending for Over 10 Hours with No Support by Kraken

There was a process I had to go through to make an account on Kraken's website about five days ago. Then I made a payment from my bank, and Kraken sent me an email to let me know it went through. As soon as the deposit showed up in my account, I chose to buy some cryptocurrency. It looked like everything was fine until I tried to take the money. The transaction has been stuck on "pending" for more than 10 hours now. I tried to get in touch with Kraken's customer service through chat and email, but no one answered. It's annoying that my money isn't where it should be and I have no idea when it will be. I thought the process would go more smoothly, especially since it was through Kraken.
