Crypto.com Account Locked for 1 Month - No Support

I've been unable to access my Crypto.com account for a whole month now. I've sent 10 emails to customer support, but it seems like no one has been able to assist me. I've also tried reaching out to them on Twitter, but all they say is that they can't assist me.
I'm really annoyed and let down by the lack of assistance I've received from Crypto.com. I've put a ton of money into this platform, and now I can't even get in.
I kindly request that Crypto.com promptly unlock my account so that I can access my funds without delay. I would like to be compensated for the inconvenience and stress this situation has caused me.
