Crypto.com Coin Transfer Not Received - Binance

I sent some coins from my Crypto.com account to Binance. The app has notified me that the transfer has been successfully finished, and I have received an email confirmation in my Gmail inbox. Unfortunately, the funds have not yet made their way into my Binance account.

I reached out to live support, but I haven't heard back yet. I'm confident that I entered all the information correctly. I have some worries about the security of this app. Why hasn't my transfer been processed yet? How much time will it require? It would be great if someone could give me some information. I really don't want to lose my hard-earned cash.
