Bank withdrawals on Kraken may take longer than expected because of things like deposit ways that put holds on withdrawals.
For example, ACH payments made through Plaid are held for 7 days before they can be withdrawn. Purchases made with a debit or credit card may be held for 72 hours.
Also, if you just changed your password, payments to new addresses may be held for 24 hours.
To speed up future transactions, use deposit ways like wire transfers that don't have to go through these holds, and make sure your account information is correct.
To see if your withdrawal has been processed, log in to your Kraken account and go to the "Funding" area to see a list of all the transactions you've made.
If a withdrawal stays in the "pending" form for longer than expected, Kraken's support team may have to go through it by hand.
If none of the above solutions work, please feel free to share your experience. You can also file a complaint on our website.
