Well, I waited and nothing occurred. Not even a courteous note, not one update at all. When I tried to phone, nobody answered. I sent them several emails, without reply. To add to it, you cannot interact with a live agent. Neither a chat nor anything else. You seem to be utterly left in the dark with no support at all. This degree of service is simply inappropriate for a platform handling personal money. Out there are far better and more responsive systems. Staying far from Kraken will help you avoid the tension.
