Crypto.com Delayed Deposit from Third-Party Account, No Resolution
On January 17, 2025, while I was abroad, I deposited funds into my Crypto.com TL Cash account using my friend’s bank account. To avoid any issues, I immediately informed customer support of the situation. However, as of January 20, 2025, the funds still haven’t been credited to my account.
What’s more frustrating is the lack of proper assistance from customer support. The responses feel robotic and fail to address my specific concerns. The repeated “We’ll get back to you shortly” message has stretched into over four days, and I’m still being ignored.
If there’s an issue, I’ve asked them to cancel the transaction and return the money, but they continue to keep me waiting with no resolution in sight. Crypto.com, please prioritize this issue and process my deposit immediately. This experience is unacceptable for a platform claiming to be reliable.
