Crypto.com Coin Transfer Not Received - Binance

I sent some coins from my Crypto.com account to Binance. The app has notified me that the transfer has been successfully... finished, and I have received an email confirmation in my Gmail inbox. Unfortunately, the funds have not yet made their way into my Binance account. I reached out to live support
