Accidentally Purchased E-books from Rakuten Kobo – Requesting Immediate Refund

I recently purchased 4 books from Rakuten Kobo, but only realized they were e-books after completing the payment. I immediately tried to cancel and request a refund for this mistake. However, there is no clear contact information on their website—no email or phone number for customer service. While researching online, I found that D&R customer service might help, but they informed me that refunds for e-books aren’t possible. I haven’t downloaded or viewed any of the books, and as a consumer, I believe I have the right to a refund, especially since the website states that refunds are allowed. Please process my refund promptly.
