Unable to Download "Kızılelma" eBook from Rakuten Kobo

I purchased the eBook Kızılelma from the Rakuten Kobo website, but when I try to download it to my Rakuten Kobo mobile app and Kobo e-reader, I receive an error message stating that the book cannot be downloaded and I should contact Kobo customer support. However, I am unable to reach Kobo customer service through either the website or the mobile app—there’s no contact link, and the issue reporting link doesn’t open. I’ve been trying to request a refund, but there’s no way to contact Kobo. I expect immediate assistance in resolving this issue or processing a refund for the eBook.
