Unable to Read E-Book Purchased from D&R on Kobo App
I purchased an e-book from D&R and downloaded it through the Kobo app. However, when I try to open the book, it only says “loading,” and the pages never appear. Despite following the advice to reinstall the app and reload the book, the issue persists. I’ve contacted customer support multiple times, both through live chat and WhatsApp, and each time I’m told my issue has been forwarded to the relevant department, but no solution or follow-up has been provided. The whole point of buying an e-book is to have instant access, and if that’s not possible, I might as well have ordered a physical copy. I expect my issue to be resolved promptly, or I request a full refund if this cannot be fixed.
