Unwanted Rakuten Kobo eBook Purchase Due to Misunderstanding
I mistakenly bought 8 volumes of eBooks on the Rakuten Kobo app, thinking they were physical books from D&R stores (https://www.kobo.com/tr/tr). Right after I paid, the website didn't even ask for my shipping address, so I asked for a refund right away.
I mentioned that I hadn't downloaded the app yet and hadn't accessed the eBooks, and asked for a refund for my payment. But the customer service agent I reached out to said they couldn't process my refund request and couldn't help me at all. I'm not happy with the store. I want my money back.
