E-Book Purchased from D&R Not Opening on Kobo App
I purchased an e-book from D&R, but it won’t open on the Kobo app. After reading about similar issues happening over time, it’s frustrating to see this problem still unresolved. If I can’t access the e-book immediately, what’s the point of buying one? I specifically chose an e-book for instant access, and this experience is disappointing. I kindly request that the issue be fixed as soon as possible so I can access the book I paid for. If this can’t be resolved, I’ll need to explore other options.
