Kyafet Sepeti's Customer Service Is Terrible

I was told that my item would be shipped on the same day that I purchased it, but it's been two days now and I still haven't received any updates on the shipping status. I reached out to customer service, making it clear that the situation was time-sensitive and that I needed to make the order because of a problem with my dress. Even though they promised to give my order priority, there hasn't been any progress. The responses I got were disappointing as they didn't offer any practical solutions. Despite clearly stating that I would need to buy from another source if my dress isn't shipped promptly, I didn't receive any reply. So, I've been seeing a lot of the same complaints. Regrettably, I am dissatisfied with the company's service quality in light of this situation, and I no longer view them as dependable for urgent matters.
