Mango Delayed Refund for Returned Dress After One Month
I purchased a dress from Mango about a month ago, but the size didn’t fit, so I returned it the very next day. Despite a full month passing since the return, I still haven’t received my refund or any updates regarding the process.
I’ve received no email or message about the refund status. When I contacted customer service, they confirmed that the item was received and said they were "looking into it." However, no progress has been made. Even worse, Mango sent me an email asking me to review the returned product, which is absurd and frustrating.
I trusted Mango as a reputable brand, but this experience has been incredibly disappointing. I demand that my refund be processed immediately. Mango needs to improve its customer service and resolve such delays promptly.
