I Face Undelivered Dress and No Refund on Shein After Two Months

I ordered a dress from the Shein app, but despite waiting for two full months, the product was never delivered to me. Every time I contacted customer service, they only responded with vague answers like “It will arrive soon,” but no concrete action was taken, and the package never reached me.

Out of frustration, I requested a refund since the product was significantly delayed, yet even this request was ignored. I received no clear explanation about the status of my order, and no effective communication was established.

This situation has caused both financial loss and emotional disappointment. I trusted Shein’s service, but I was left completely dissatisfied with the lack of transparency and customer care.

I demand a full refund for the undelivered product and an official apology for the inconvenience caused. I also expect Shein to review its order tracking and customer support processes to prevent similar issues for other customers. Please resolve this issue immediately.
