It's been two weeks since I ordered, and I still haven't received it. Whenever I call, customer service always tells me the same thing: "We'll let the company know about your issue," but nothing ever gets fixed. I keep hearing this over and over, but nothing ever changes or gets done. I'm in a really annoying spot where I can't cancel the order or get my cash back.
