Koçtaş Won't Deliver My Order or Let Me Cancel and Get a Refund After 2 Weeks
It's been two weeks since I ordered, and I still haven't received it. Whenever I call, customer service always tells me the same thing: "We'll let the company know about your issue," but nothing ever gets fixed. I keep hearing this over and over, but nothing ever changes or gets done. I'm in a really annoying spot where I can't cancel the order or get my cash back. I’ve called several times in the last two weeks, but I haven’t noticed any progress. I'm really frustrated and disappointed with how little support I've been getting. I just want to get my order sorted out or get my money back.
After I called back and was told that my order was canceled, the message sent to me yesterday says that my order was delivered to the closed mosaic branch, which is like a joke... There is no such branch, I called and told them multiple times. I just want the order to be canceled.
