KitchenAid Stand Mixer Sent for Repair & Returned Scratched – Poor Service

I own a KitchenAid stand mixer, and I recently encountered an issue, which I clearly explained in a video before sending it for repair. I first contacted WhatsApp support, already aware that the issue was minor. After sending the video, they told me to ship my 5.6L mixer, which is extremely heavy and difficult to package safely. Despite wrapping it carefully and ensuring proper protection, I received a call today from +90 (312) 397 83 70, informing me that my mixer arrived with scratches from shipping and that they would simply "stick the part back on."
I spent ₺40,000 on this mixer, and now I learn that the handle was originally attached with adhesive? Instead of making me go through this unnecessary hassle, why not send the adhesive directly to me? My mixer was damaged during shipment for no reason, and KitchenAid's handling of the situation is unacceptable.
This experience completely ruined my trust in the brand, and I do not wish to use KitchenAid again. I expect a proper resolution for the damage caused during this unnecessary process.
