Shockingly, I was informed that the company had gone bankrupt in Turkey 3-5 years ago, and there is no service network.
"How can a company still in business not have a service network?" I wondered. We bought the machine this year; how could such a crucial detail not be communicated to buyers? The suggestion was to contact an Ankara office, but reaching them proved impossible. Before escalating this matter, urgent attention from the concerned parties is requested.
