KitchenAid Stand Mixer Motor Burned

I purchased a KitchenAid stand mixer from N11, and after only 4-5 uses, I noticed a burning smell from the supposedly powerful motor during the initial use. Initially, I overlooked it, assuming it was normal for the first use. Unfortunately, the smell persisted and worsened over time. Distressed by the discoloration of the metal on the stand, I turned to the service network. Shockingly, I was informed that the company had gone bankrupt in Turkey 3-5 years ago, and there is no service network.

"How can a company still in business not have a service network?" I wondered. We bought the machine this year; how could such a crucial detail not be communicated to buyers? The suggestion was to contact an Ankara office, but reaching them proved impossible. Before escalating this matter, urgent attention from the concerned parties is requested.
