Karaca Refused to Replace My Dough Kneading Machine With Motor Smell

I received a dough kneading machine that I purchased online from Karaca three days ago, and when I used it for the first time, I noticed a strong motor smell. Because of this, I requested a product replacement, but Karaca customer service only offered me a return option and refused my request for an exchange. Since I don’t have the time for a return process, I specifically want a replacement. The product is under warranty, and my delivery address is in Kayseri/Melikgazi. I also tried to share my experience on Karaca’s own website but for the past two days my review and complaint have not been published, and I have not received any response. I am requesting that my issue be resolved quickly and that a product replacement be arranged.

They responded very late, I don't think the quality is like it used to be anymore, and I definitely don't recommend it to anyone. Even though I have legal rights, they did not help at all.
